What are the important functions of kidney?

Kidneys are two organs that look like the shape of red beans, they are located in just below the rib cage, one on each side of your spine. The kidneys and other fetuses are separated or separated by a membrane called the peritoneum, which is the membrane that covers or surrounds the organs known as the fetus. The single size is estimated to be 5 inches, the left kidney is higher than the right kidney because the liver is mostly on the right side and occupies more space in the upper part of the pelvis.

The central part of each kidney is composed of various structures such as the renal veins and the ureter. The kidneys perform many important functions in the body, including:

  • To remove dirt from the body. The liver destroys the protein we eat to get energy, after that destruction we get energy and a substance that is toxic to the body known as ammonia, the same liver turns this toxic substance into uric acid and urea which are less toxic. In the same way, our muscles use the protein known as creatine to get energy and this process or the end of this process comes with a waste product called creatinine.

Ammonia, uric acid, urea and creatinine are added to the blood which the liver filters and removes from the body in the form of urine. There is a certain amount of urea in the blood and it is not toxic.

  • The kidney filters the blood by removing the impurities and finally returns the same filtered blood to the minerals we need, it also releases fluids or hormones that perform various functions in the body.
  • Kettle controls how much water is in or out of the body, it is involved in maintaining the body’s fluid balance.
  • Balance the body’s acid and base levels, two substances that need to be controlled in order for the blood to function properly.
  • The kidneys play a major role in controlling blood pressure
  • It balances the minerals our body needs and is responsible for replenishing the body with the minerals it needs.

Many diseases affect the kidneys, some of which can be very dangerous, maintaining the health of the kidneys is important for the body’s function, as they play a very important role in the body’s functions.
